1:1 Policy
Sudbury Gymnastics Club is committed to providing coaching that follows British Gymnastics guidance, safeguarding requirements and best practice. As a result, regular private 1:1 coaching sessions are not offered by the club. This policy outlines the limited circumstances in which a 1:1 session may be approved.

Sudbury Gymnastics Club is committed to providing a positive, safe and supportive environment for all participants, parents, coaches, volunteers and visitors. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve concerns fairly, promptly and professionally.

Participation Policy
The Club must be informed of any medical conditions, disabilities or additional needs before participation. Gymnasts will be regularly assessed, and class placements may be reviewed and adjusted where appropriate.
